WELCOME AS WE TRANSITION AND ARE TRANSFORMED!We will soon be changing our church name to include the word VICTORY! What a fantastic word. Currently people are submitting suggestions of a new name for Taylor Free Methodst Church. Victorious Hope, Victory Lane, Victory River and about 25 other names have already been submitted! Our Web Page is currently under construction but we welcome you to a church that is experiencing transitional change. Our church has very little to do with our facility but hass everything to do with our people. Come visit us! We are a great place to make friends.
23/06 : Transition
Transition is a good word to describe the changes that we are experienceing at our church in Taylor. We would like to change our name in the near future to include the word Victory in some form. We believe there is victory at the end of this transition period. We also believe there is victory in knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior. We believe there is victory over grief, addictive behaviorsm broken relationships and so on when we become fully dedicated as Christ Followers. On Friday Evening, June 13, 2008, I was given a ten year service award. Prior to coming to Taylor I enjoyed twelve years of Pastoral Ministry in Ocala Florida. As I was reappointed to Taylor I rejoiced because I have learned a lot of about a people that I have grown to love and given the opportunity to Lead. May God be our helper as we transition!
